FAQ's

Frequently Asked DIP Questions

Why are you booked so far out? I need to have my program done sooner.

Unfortunately, the DIP has become more popular and the needs outweigh the resources. Most courts give you time to get registered and then to complete the program. Our recommendation is to sign up as soon as possible. We cannot hold spaces without the $175 deposit.

Do you run the costs of the program through insurance or have grants help to pay for the program?

No. We do not run the cost through insurance. As this is court ordered due to breaking the law, insurance will not cover it. If there are any grant programs available, the courts will issue them. We do not.

Can I pay my balance when I arrive at the program?

No. Your remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the start of the program. If we do not receive the balance of your payment by this deadline or if other payment arrangements have not been made, you will lose your deposit.

If I make a deposit and then change my mind, can I get my deposit back?

No. The required $175 deposit when you sign up is nonrefundable.
