We are dedicated to removing cost barriers.

Health Connections accepts major commercial insurance carriers, state plans, and personalized self pay plans for qualified individuals.

Are You Medicare / Medicaid Eligible?

Yes! We accept standard and regional Medicare and Medicaid for mental health outpatient therapy sessions. Select clinical group assessments are covered 100%. Contact Adrienne to confirm details.

Are You Anthem BCBS Eligible?

In-Network status confirmed. Most co-pays range from $15 to $40 per session. We will verify your remaining deductible automatically during the intake scheduling call.

Are You Anthem / Paramount Eligible?

In-Network status confirmed. Most co-pays range from $15 to $40 per session. We will verify your remaining deductible automatically during the intake scheduling call.

Are You Tricare Eligible?

Proudly accepted. Ross Chaban and clinical staff hold credential clearances. Out-of-pocket costs are often fully covered for service members and dependents.

Do You Accept Private Out Of Pocket Pay?

For individuals without applicable commercial insurance, we construct personalized plans for your needs. Please don't let costs hold you back from obtaining help.
